Update from the Dodzweits in Kampala, Uganda, Africa

Update on our orphanage: "Right now the number has gone to 400 kids. It is so hard to turn them away when they come, or when strangers bring them. They are usually from the age of six to eight years old. When you see them, they are so precious. They have been through so much trauma in the short time they have lived, but praise the Lord they have Christian workers who are showing them love. We have built, and are about to complete a five-room classroom for them.

God gave us bus that seats 26, to use in spreading gospel throughout Uganda and the surrounding countries. We have an anointed school choir that we would love to take to other schools to share the gospel in music. Ricky has a group called 'God Guided', they have been singing in the University and in Kenya. They have been a hit among the youth in Kampala. This bus will enable us to take the youth far and wide in sharing the love of Jesus.

Continue to pray for Uganda, the war in the northern part of the country seems to be getting out of hand. There is a mad man called Kony in charge of a rag-tag army (called the Lord's Resistance Army) that is going around killing women and children in the most brutal way, and he is doing it in the name of the Lord. They burn homes and cause massive refugee problems within the country. The headlines on one of our daily newspapers said that 'Satan leads him (Kony) in battle.' But we know we fight not against flesh and blood. There are enough prayers going up to heaven and soon we will see his group defeated.
